Friday Afternoon Commute! Ah!

Fantastic end to a very long week! A ride on the BMW from Lake Forest to Evanston on twisty Sheridan Road with hardly a car in sight!

It is an end of an era.  Today I sold my first motorcycle, a 1974 Honda CB360T. He will be fondly remembered for teaching me the ropes, and will be a great first bike for his new ower, Adam!

Getting the Beemer Fixed

I visited Motoworks Chicago today for a repair estimate from the drunk-kick episode in April.  I go to court next week.  Cross your fingers that justice will be served!

I’m about to head north from Chicago to Blackhawk Farms Raceway in South Beloit, IL, for the first track session of the season!  Weather looks to be clear for tomorrow’s event but I may get a little cold (and wet) in the tent tonight.  I love it!

Welcoming the XT Home

I picked up my new (to me) XT225 last night from my mechanic’s garage.  I admit to loving the 15 miles I’ve put on it thus far, and can’t WAIT to get it out on the dirt!
